この度は、新聞記事などで報道のありますように、西アサヒの名称の無契約で使用している方に、ようやく、名称使用を中止していただくことができそうです。この方には、 私の発案した２階をゲストハウスにする、新生西アサヒのアイデアを紹介させていただき、開店前、西アサヒの名称で飲食業で行う場合は、名称使用の契約をお願いしてきました。残念ながら、西アサヒの名称を無契約で使用されてきてしまいました。西アサヒの再開の前の会議でも、名称使用の契約書に署名してくださいと、法的には当たり前の提案をさせていただいてまいりました。当初、相手側からは、「前向きに話し合います。」というような聞こえの良い返事は来ましたが、法的倫理は見受けることはできませんでした。開店直前になっても契約書に署名してくれず、「また、今度。」という態度に変わり、なし崩し的に、西アサヒを再開されてしまいました。電話、ビデオ会議、直接会議、メールなどを使用して、無契約状態を解消するべく、３年に渡り、契約署名のお願いをしてきました。昨年、様々な証拠から、契約する以降は無しと判明し、名称使用の中止のお願いをしました。この数ヶ月間は、そのような、私どもからのお願いも無視する行動に出てこられましたので、記者会見を開き、決断をご報告するに至りました。​

 

今後は創業家として、長年営業してきております既存の西アサヒ天池店を支援し、今後も、西アサヒの伝統を継承したいと感じていただける、心あるフランチャイズオーナーの方々と、次の事業の展開を進めて参ります。
